Finding the perfect floor plan is one of the most exciting parts of designing your home. To help you get started, we’ve created a complimentary library of thoughtfully designed floor plans exclusively for our Hybrid Turnkey Barndominium clients.

Current Starting Investment

Our custom Hybrid Turnkey Homes currently start at approximately $185 per living square foot for single-story homes, with two-story homes starting slightly higher.

For most clients, the investment in a custom Hybrid Turnkey Home typically begins around $300,000+. Every home is uniquely designed, so your final investment will depend on your home’s size, layout, site conditions, porches, garages, and finish selections.

We believe one of the most important parts of building a custom home is having realistic expectations from the very beginning. By sharing our current starting investment, we can recommend floor plans that best align with your vision, priorities, and budget while helping you make informed decisions before investing in architectural plans.

Designed to Be Customized

These plans are not one-size-fits-all—they’re designed to inspire. Every floor plan can be modified, combined with another layout, or completely redesigned to create a home that’s uniquely yours. As part of our turnkey building process, all floor plan modifications and custom floor plan design are included at no additional cost.

The exterior renderings shown throughout our floor plan library are intentionally kept simple to highlight each home’s overall design and layout. If you prefer a different look, these homes can be customized with features such as stone or brick accents, cedar-wrapped porch posts, decorative gables, and other architectural details to reflect your personal style.

While these upgrades can create a more customized appearance, it’s also worth considering the long-term maintenance they may require. One of the advantages many homeowners appreciate about our standard exterior finishes is their durability and low-maintenance design, allowing you to spend more time enjoying your home and less time maintaining it.

We encourage you to use our floor plans as a starting point rather than purchasing architectural plans too early. Beginning with one of our layouts often allows us to provide a more accurate preliminary estimate while helping you avoid costly plan revisions later in the design process.

Rather than searching for the “perfect” floor plan, focus on the overall layout, room flow, and features that matter most to your family. Every plan in our library can be customized, and many clients discover that choosing a slightly smaller floor plan still provides a spacious, functional home while allowing room in the budget for the finishes and features they value most.

Requesting Access

When requesting access, we encourage you to share your approximate investment range, desired square footage, and any must-have features. This allows us to personally recommend floor plans that best align with your vision while ensuring we’re providing realistic options from the very beginning.

Every Floor Plan Library request is personally reviewed by our team. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to review your submission. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with access to our complimentary floor plan library, along with our recommended floor plans based on the information you provided.
