Finding the perfect floor plan is one of the most exciting parts of designing your home. To help you get started, we’ve created a complimentary library of thoughtfully designed floor plans exclusively for our Hybrid Turnkey Barndominium clients.



These plans are not one-size-fits-all—they’re designed to inspire. Every floor plan can be modified, combined with another layout, or completely redesigned to create a home that’s uniquely yours. As part of our turnkey building process, all floor plan modifications and custom floor plan design are included at no additional cost.

We encourage you to use our floor plans as a starting point rather than purchasing architectural plans too early. Beginning with one of our layouts often allows us to provide a more accurate preliminary estimate while helping you avoid costly plan revisions later in the design process.

When requesting access, we also encourage you to share your approximate investment range. This allows us to recommend floor plans that best align with your goals and helps ensure we’re providing realistic options from the very beginning.
